Agentic omnichannel messaging router on AWS

Every message takes the cheapest route that still delivers. Automatically.

VectraComm sends your SMS, WhatsApp, RCS, email, push and voice traffic through one API, picks the lowest-cost path with the best chance of delivery for each message, falls back on its own when a carrier fails, and hands your finance team a signed statement of what you saved.

Free trial through AWS Marketplace. No card, no commitment, first messages routed the same day.

The bottlenecks it removes

Messaging costs climb every quarter. Delivery still fails. Nobody can prove either.

If any of these sound familiar, the router pays for itself in the first month.

Every carrier price change is a surprise

Rate cards shift by country and channel. Teams discover the increase on the invoice, weeks after the money is gone.

Fallback is a person with a runbook

When a route degrades at 2 a.m., someone has to notice, switch vendors by hand and hope the OTPs arrive before customers give up.

Each channel is another vendor and another contract

SMS here, WhatsApp there, email somewhere else. Four dashboards, four bills, no single view of what a conversation cost.

Compliance lives in a spreadsheet

Consent, quiet hours, sender registration and regional rules change constantly. One missed rule is a fine or a blocked sender.

Savings claims nobody signs

Procurement asks what the optimization saved. The answer is an estimate in a slide. Finance wants a figure it can audit.

Growth means more plumbing

Each new market needs new numbers, new templates, new registrations and new monitoring before the first message goes out.

How it works

Send once. The router does the rest.

Three steps between your application and a delivered, compliant, cost-optimized message.

Send through one API

Your systems call a single endpoint with the recipient, the message class and the content. No channel decision, no vendor code, no retries to write.

Functional: one integration instead of six

The router scores every path

Live rate cards, delivery history per corridor, consent, quiet hours and your policies are weighed in milliseconds. The best path wins; the next two stand ready as fallbacks.

Financial: the cheapest reliable route, every time

Delivered, tracked and proven

Receipts flow back as events. A learning loop tunes future choices from real outcomes. At month end, a signed savings statement lands with Finance.

Emotional: you stop guessing and start proving

Today

  • One vendor per channel, one contract each, four invoices to reconcile
  • Price changes discovered on the bill
  • Fallback by runbook, at night, by a person
  • Compliance tracked in a spreadsheet
  • Savings estimated in a slide

With VectraComm

  • One API, one contract, one line on the AWS bill
  • Live rate cards drive every decision; budgets act before the invoice
  • Fallback fires in seconds, automatically, without duplicates
  • Rules as code per country, enforced before send
  • Savings signed monthly against your own baseline
What you gain

Lower spend, higher delivery, calmer teams.

Financial

Pay less for every message without touching a carrier contract

Least-cost routing that learns

Each corridor and channel is scored on live prices and recent outcomes. The router keeps exploring a little, so it notices when a cheaper path becomes reliable.

Signed savings statements

Every month, the saving against your own baseline is attested and signed. Procurement gets a figure it can audit, not a slide.

Budgets that act before the invoice

Spend per campaign and cost center is tracked as messages go out. Marketing traffic pauses at the limit; critical messages always continue.

Functional

One platform where six vendors used to be

Every channel behind one API

SMS, WhatsApp, RCS, email, push and voice share one contract, one event stream and one console. Adding a channel is a setting, not a project.

Automatic fallback ladders

If the first path fails or stalls, the next one fires without a human in the loop. Duplicates are prevented, every hop is recorded.

Agents that do the routine work

Specialized agents watch costs, draft campaigns, run two-way conversations, chase approvals and track compliance changes. People decide; agents prepare.

Peace of mind

Compliance and control built in, not bolted on

Rules as code, per country

Consent, quiet hours, frequency caps, sender registration and content rules are enforced before a message leaves. Rules update when regulations change.

Your infrastructure, your keys, your region

Contract customers run on isolated infrastructure in their chosen zone. Encryption keys stay under your control; revoke them and the platform stops touching your data.

Humans approve anything that matters

Spend above a threshold, routing policy changes and campaign launches wait for a named person to approve, from WhatsApp, Slack, Teams or the console. Every decision is in a tamper-evident ledger.

Why it is an asset, not a cost

A purchase that keeps paying after the first invoice

  • Pays from existing spend. The platform fee comes out of money you already send to carriers and vendors. Savings statements show the net every month.
  • Our incentives match yours. On contract plans part of our fee is a share of the savings we prove, capped and agreed up front. If the router does not save, that part is not earned.
  • Gets smarter with your traffic. Routing quality improves from your own outcomes. The longer it runs, the better it chooses.
  • Removes vendor lock-in. Carriers and channel vendors become interchangeable suppliers behind one contract, which strengthens your negotiating position.
  • Shrinks the on-call burden. Fallback, budget pauses and compliance holds happen without a person waking up.
  • Audit-ready by design. Every route, approval and rule check is recorded, so security questionnaires and compliance reviews take hours, not weeks.
  • Procurement-friendly. Buy through AWS Marketplace, draw down committed AWS spend and keep one line on the cloud bill.
  • Grows with you. New countries, channels and volumes are configuration. Capacity scales in minutes.
  • Customization and add-ons welcome. New channels, vendor integrations, custom agents or reports can be scoped as add-ons. Tell us the requirement and we quote it.

Talk about a multi-year offer

Longer terms earn more. A multi-year commitment carries the largest fixed discount, locks your rates and gives the learning router the most time to compound savings on your traffic. Public agencies and NGOs can ask about Social Response plans, including standby at no platform fee. Need something that is not on the list? Custom add-ons and new integrations are scoped on request.

Before you buy

Questions buyers ask first

Where does our data live, and who can see it?

In the zone you choose: United States, European Union, India or Singapore. Contract customers run on isolated infrastructure with their own encryption keys. Our operators cannot read message content without an approval you grant, and every access is logged.

Do we have to drop our current carriers or vendors?

No. Bring your existing carriers and WhatsApp business accounts, add ours, or mix both. The router treats them all as candidate routes and chooses by cost and reliability per message.

We are on Amazon Pinpoint or another platform. How hard is migration?

A migration kit maps your templates, segments and numbers, and the API mirrors familiar send and event shapes. Most teams run both side by side for a short period and switch traffic over by message class.

How is the saving measured?

Against your own baseline: the rate you would have paid on your default channel and vendor for each message. The difference is computed per message, summarized monthly and signed, so Finance can audit it line by line.

Can agents send messages or spend money on their own?

Only within limits you set. Anything that changes money, routing policy, identities or recipient-facing content waits for a named human to approve. Agents prepare and recommend; people decide.

What does the free trial include?

The full routing, fallback and compliance engine on the shared platform for a short period, capped at a small volume, with no card required beyond your AWS account. Upgrade to a contract whenever you are ready; nothing is rebuilt.

What does it cost?

Pay as you go is metered per batch of routed messages with nothing up front. Contract plans are priced by annual volume tier and include isolated infrastructure; a capped share of the savings we prove makes up part of the fee, so we earn when you save. Longer terms carry fixed discounts and locked rates. Exact figures come in a private offer for your volume and term, usually within two business days of a walkthrough.

How long does it take to go live?

The trial routes messages the same day you subscribe. A contract environment in your chosen region is provisioned automatically after the Marketplace agreement, and most teams move their first message class within the first week while their existing platform keeps running.

What if it does not deliver what you describe?

Contract plans carry an availability commitment with automatic service credits, and the savings statement is measured against your own baseline, so you see the result every month. The savings share means part of our fee is earned only on proven savings. Trials are free, and pay-as-you-go has no term.

We need a channel or integration you do not list. Can you build it?

Yes. New channels, vendor connectors, custom agents, reports and compliance packs are scoped as add-ons. Describe the requirement in the form below and we come back with a proposal.
